Frasier Meadows Home
From Dim to Dreamy
This young family in Boulder’s Fraser Meadows neighborhood loved the bones of their new home—but the outdated kitchen and primary bath were cramping their style (and their workflow). The original layouts felt dark, awkward, and uninspired. So, we reimagined them from the inside out.
We opened up the kitchen flow and gave the island a full 360-degree upgrade—perfect for kids, dinner parties, and midnight snack laps. New pendant lighting adds sparkle, while the soft marbling in the quartz countertops added to the airy vibe they craved.
In the primary bathroom, we reworked a jumble of fixtures into one cohesive, spa-inspired retreat—with function, calm, and comfort leading the way.
A light-filled hub for breakfast chats and homework scribbles, this updated island offers full 360° access and seats the whole crew in style. Clean lines, warm wood, and soft pendant lighting tie it all together.
From this angle, it’s all about function-meets-flair: a deep farmhouse sink for soaking everything (even the dog bowls), and a discreet microwave drawer that keeps the countertops clean and conversation flowing.
The showstopper: a deep soaking tub framed by soft tilework and crowned with a glam, airy chandelier. Morning routines? Never the same.
Where spa-day serenity meets sparkle. A layered lighting moment featuring elegant brass sconces and a gleaming chandelier peeking through the mirror’s edge.
Designed for morning rituals and evening wind-downs, this custom-built makeup vanity pairs streamlined cabinetry with timeless details—because good design always includes a great mirror.
This vanity brings the calm: soft natural wood tones meet sea-glass blue tile for a finish that’s as fresh as it is functional.
