Second Story, Whole New Story
These Boulder homeowners were craving breathing room—so we took things up a notch (literally). By adding a full second-floor primary suite, complete with a spa-worthy bath and a walk-in closet that dreams are made of, we gave them the private retreat they’d been missing.
Downstairs, within the existing footprint, we reimagined the flow entirely—removing walls, opening up the floor plan, and refreshing every surface along the way. From the reworked kitchen, laundry expansion, redefined living spaces to custom finishes throughout, this full-home remodel gave our clients more space, better function, and a cohesive style that feels effortless.
